Unified Processing Guidance on the Problem of Cool or Warm Screen

The color casts (Cool or Warm)on the screen of F7 according to the feedback is a normal phenomenon. When the problem is received , the following explanations will

2.The Reason for Color Casts 

Because of different batches of screens from factory, there may be slight differences in the screen color temperature and screen effects. The color temperature in the normal range( cool or warm) is not a quality issue for mobile phones.

To get a better color of the screen for most of the users' aesthetic preferences, we have set a cool screen color orientation, representing cool color of a slight purple in the white background. This situation is not a quality problem but a screen display color effect. This effect is changed by product engineers according to the market demand because wthis cool effect will make display more realistic and colorful. If you prefer to the warm color , the phone can also be adjusted to the warm color through the Settings. 

4.Solution 

4.1 For the difference in color temperature , it is recommended that salespersons do not make comparisons to another. 
4.2 For the disapproval of the explanation , we can replace a new machine for users . (The document type :the user insists the change.)
