1.Background: 

There are little particles on the Battery Cover of F9 according to the feedback.

2.Reason: 

The battery cover of F9 is manufactured with a new and complex process and it is easily stained by micro particles during manufacturing. 

3.Models Involved: 

F9 and F9 Pro 

4.Solutions: 

According to the following Explanation, explain that it is not a quality issue to eliminate users’ concern and avoid unnecessary replacement.

5.Script: 

To ensure a unique and shiny design for F9, we have adopted a latest technology and thousands of complex processes to manufacture the battery cover. For that reason, the cover will inevitably be interfered by micro particles on a very small number of mobile phones. These particles are only noticed under the lights by careful observation, and these particles do not affect the usage for users. (When the feedback on this issue is received, try to explain for users to dispel their concerns and avoid unnecessary replacement.)

6.Solution:

For the disapproval of the explanation, we can replace a new phone for users. (Record “Mandatory replacement” in “inspection type”.)
