What to Do If OPPO Watch's Screen Doesn't Respond to Touch

OPPO Watch's touch screen is unresponsive
If you don't remember accidentally dropping your OPPO Watch to the ground or using it underwater more than its limitation - a simple reboot should fix it. You can do this by pressing your watch's [Home Button] and [Multifunction Button] simultaneously for around 12 seconds.
Update your OPPO Watch to the latest system version
Keeping your OPPO Watch up-to-date will lower the risk of it facing issues caused by outdated files and software. Factory reset your OPPO Watch

Go to your OPPO Watch's [Control Center] by swiping up from the watch face > tap on the [Settings] > go to the [System] > tap on the [Disconnect & reset] > tap on the check icon to proceed.
