OPPO Watch doesn't wake up/turn on when tapped
There are various reasons your OPPO Watch's screen doesn't turn on or light up when touched; it could be because of the "Touch-to-Wake" feature or outdated software. Follow the steps provided below to know how to resolve this issue.
Disable the Theater Mode feature

Access the [Control Center] by swiping your OPPO Watch’s watch face from top to bottom.
Check if the [Theater Mode] is on.
If it is, then disable it by tapping it.
Enable the Touch-to-Wake feature
OPPO Watch's Touch-To-Wake feature allows you to wake up/turn on/light up your watch with a single touch. Ensure that this feature is enabled.
Access the [Control Center] by swiping your OPPO Watch’s watch face from top to bottom.
Go to [Settings].
Tap on [Gestures].
Double-check if the [Touch-to-Wake] feature is off.
If it is, then enable it.
Charge your OPPO Watch
Ensure that your OPPO Watch is charged. If you suspect its battery has been drained, put it on its charging dock.
Update your OPPO Watch to the latest system version
Keeping your OPPO Watch up-to-date will lower the risk of it facing issues caused by outdated files and software. Factory reset your OPPO Watch

Go to your OPPO Watch's [Control Center] by swiping up from the watch face > tap on the [Settings] > go to the [System] > tap on the [Disconnect & reset] > tap on the check icon to proceed.
