OPPO Watch Doesn't Light Up When the Wrist is Raised
The OPPO Watch's ability to illuminate when you raise your wrist is a useful feature that allows you to check the time without using your hands. However, there may be situations where your OPPO Watch fails to wake up despite raising your wrist. This problem could be due to the enabled Theater Mode or Touch to Wake settings. OPPO Watch doesn't wake up after raising the wrist
Your OPPO Watch may not light up when you raise your wrist due to the "Touch-to-Wake" feature being enabled or outdated software. Follow the steps below to fix this issue.
Disable the Theater Mode

Access the [Control Center] by swiping your OPPO Watch’s watch face from top to bottom.
Check if the [Theater Mode] is on.
If it is, then disable it by tapping it.
Disable the Touch-to-Wake feature
OPPO Watch's Touch-To-Wake feature allows you to wake up/turn on/light up your watch with a single touch. Ensure that this feature is disabled.
Access the [Control Center] by swiping your OPPO Watch’s watch face from top to bottom.
Go to [Settings].
Tap on [Gestures].
Double-check if the [Touch-to-Wake] feature is turned on.
If it is, then disable it.
Charge your OPPO Watch
Ensure that your OPPO Watch is charged. If you suspect its battery has been drained, put it on its charging dock.
Update your OPPO Watch to the latest system version
Keeping your OPPO Watch up-to-date will lower the risk of it facing issues caused by outdated files and software. Ensure that you make it a habit to regularly check for software updates on both your OPPO smartphone and OPPO Watch. Factory reset your OPPO Watch

Go to your OPPO Watch's [Control Center] by swiping up from the watch face > tap on the [Settings] > go to the [System] > tap on the [Disconnect & reset] > tap on the check icon to proceed.
If this doesn't solve the issue
