What to Do if My OPPO Phone or SIM Card is PUK Locked

The PUK, or Personal Unlock Key, is used to unlock your device when you have entered the incorrect PIN multiple times. PUK is used to unlock SIM PIN and cannot be reset or modified by users.

What should I do when my OPPO phone is PUK locked

Your phone will only ask for PUK if you have locked your SIM by entering the incorrect PIN multiple times. In such a situation, contact your mobile network operator and request the PUK code. 

What happens when I enter the wrong PIN 

Suppose the wrong PUK is entered ten times consecutively; the SIM card will be permanently locked, and you will need to provide a valid certificate to your network provider to reissue a new SIM card.
