What to do if I lose my SIM card / SIM card broken
Contact the SIM card's service provider and check if the lost card is turned off and if no unexpected usage occurs.
If your phone is stolen, report the incident and request your service provider to block the SIM card immediately.
Go to the nearest service provider's store to replace the lost card.
How to restore data on an old SIM card
Since the SIM card is a physical device, all its data is lost. You won't be able to find your lost contacts on the replaced SIM card. However, if you have synchronized your device with your Google Account, you may be able to restore your contacts. To check for them on your device, do the following steps:
For ColorOS 13 and above: Go to [Settings] > [Google] > [All service] > [Set up & restore] > [Restore contacts] > tap on the latest device backup, then type your device's screen lock/screen passcode > [Confirm] > [Restore].
For ColorOS 6 to ColorOS 12: Go to [Settings] > tap on [Google] > [Set up & restore] > [Restore contacts] > tap on the latest device backup, then type your device's screen lock/screen passcode > [Confirm] > [Restore].
For ColorOS 5.2: Go to [Settings] > [Google] > [Restore contacts] > tap on the latest device backup and tap [Restore].
For ColorOS 3.2: Go to [Settings] > [Google] > [Set up & restore] > [Restore contacts] > tap on the latest device backup, then type your device's screen lock/screen passcode > [Confirm] > [Restore].
