Can I Insert or Remove SIM Card When My Phone Is On?
Situation: You want to remove and reinsert your SIM card because the device is not detecting it.

Yes, it is safe to remove or insert into your SIM card when your phone is on. Older phone models may automatically restart the phone after removing/inserting the SIM card, but this will not cause any damage.
Insert or remove SIM card
1. Depending on the phone model, locate the SIM card tray.
2. Insert the card needle into the hole beside the card tray to pop it open.
3. Pull out the card tray and remove or place SIM card on it.
Note:
When inserting SIM card, make sure it is firmly placed on the card tray to avoid SIM card damage or loose.

4. Hold the card tray horizontally and insert completely into the slot.
