Notification of F1f model after OTA upgrade version(20170117) the dual IMEI display Null

Background

Recently HQ accepts the feedback that dual IMEI numbers display null for some F1f devices after OTA, and statusBar displays no service，some times if we go to setting  -- Dual SIM and mobile network, the system will pop up “com.android.phone isn’t responding”, the same as the screenshot below. For this issue please do as the notification below.
 

Solution

Files  -- All files  --  apn  --  check in apn folder has one  file named ‘oppo_non_gsm_update_list.xml’, if there is, delete it and reboot the device, the issue can be resloved.
