Notice for F5 can't make outgoing call

Background

Recently we get feedback from customer that F5 can't make outgoing call.

Solution

1. [Phenomenon]
It's 100% reproduced with any SIM card, which can only receive the call but can't make outgoing call.
2. [How to confirm the issue]

1. The build No. of customer's phone is 180419;
2. The problem only appeared after OTA upgrading to 180419;
3. SIM card of any operator face the same issue.

3. [Solution]
Guide the customer to go to nearest service center, flash the device only by aftersales download tool to the latest version of CPH1723EX_11_A.24_180419 and it will back to normal.
