After-sales Guide for Motherboard of Model 1201 Replacement V1

Purpose:
Since the new version of 16GB motherboard for model 1201 was added and the factory stopped producing model 1201of 8GB version, the 16GB motherboard should be replaced for the 8GB motherboard of model 1201.

Scope：
All OPPO service centers overseas;

Applicable Model：
1201 (Marketing name:Neo5)

Specific rules：
 When the motherboard of 1201 8GB version is replaced by the motherboard of 1201 16GB version, the corresponding rear camera motherboard bottom cover assembly and the conductive silica sleeve of the camera should be replaced in a whole set. Corresponding material code for 16GB version:

Recording Rules:
After the motherboard of different models is replaced, the replaced motherboard can be recorded in the system according to the normal procedure; but the correspondingly replaced rear camera, motherboard bottom cover assembly and the conductive silica sleeve of the camera should be replaced for customers for free, and the maintenance type should be recorded as “IW”(In warranty).
