Notice for JIO SIM card no service issue

Background

1. [The condition of issue]

1. When you insert JIO SIM card and SIM card of another operator, and set your data network as non-JIO SIM, JIO SIM will appear no service, this is normal.
2. Likewise, insert 2 JIO SIM and one will appear no service.

2. [Cause and Solutions]
JIO operator only support 4G network, but no 2G and 3G
When data network is using other operator, and it is 4G network, the other operator can only be 2/3G. Since JIO SIM only support 4G networks, so there is no service. Set JIO SIM card as using data network then it will be available

Settings –Dual SIM and mobile network-DefultCard Settings-Internet-JIO
