Notice for issue that A71 speaker doesn’t work

Background

Recently we get feedback from ID and IN customers that when A71 USB port is inserted external audio devices (e.g. connect with car USB port, Bluetooth speaker port), customers may encounter the issue that the speaker doesn’t work even after disconnecting to the external devices.

Solution

This is caused by the incompatibility (with low probability) between A71 and some external audio devices (such as car speaker, Bluetooth speaker), which may cause the USB port of the phone fails to detect that the external device has been unplugged and thus the speaker doesn’t work.
Temporary solution: Restart the device and the speaker will work normally
The issue have been solved in new OTA software version, please update the device to the latest version and the issue can be solved.

A1: Hello, sorry for the inconvenience caused, if you have ever connected your phone to some external audio device with USB port (such as car, Bluetooth speaker port), this may be caused by the incompatibility between your phone and some external audio devices (such as car speaker, Bluetooth speaker), as a result, USB port of the phone fails to detect that the external device has been unplugged and the speaker doesn’t work. You can try to restart your phone and the speaker will work fine again. Please be assured that our new OTA will be released soon to completely solve this issue.
