Notice for F3 with Idea SIM is unable to use data network

Background

Recently we get feedback that F3 with Idea SIM is unable to use data network, thus website is not accessible, which is shown as the following image.

Solution

This is caused by some APN parameter configuration error on SIM card, shown as following, Proxy and Port parameter is wrongly set.

Settings – Dual SIM and Mobile Network  - SIM Card Info – Access Point Name – Idea_Internet – Edit_Access Point: delete Proxy and Port parameter，make it blank ，click Save.
