Make Video with Ease Call in OPPO Mobile

In the realm of communication, technology has begun significant changes, and video calling stands out as a transformative feature. Video Call on OPPO Phone

OPPO Smartphones support a video calling feature, all you have to do is choose and install an application that also supports the said feature. After you've successfully installed an application, make sure you double-check your settings if the application has permission to use your camera. To do so, follow the presented path:


For ColorOS 12 and above:

  • Open [Settings] > [Apps] > [App Management] > [App List] > {Show System] > Select [Preferred App] > [Permissions] > Turn ON[Camera] and [Microphone] Permissions.

For ColorOS 11:

  • Open [Settings] > [App Management] > [App List] > {Show System] > Select [Preferred App] > [Permissions] > Turn ON [Camera] and [Microphone] Permissions.


For ColorOS 7:

  • Open [Settings] > [App Management] > [App List] > Select [Preferred App] > [Permissions] > Turn ON [Camera] and [Microphone] Permissions.


For ColorOS 6.0 to 6.1:

  • Open [Settings] > [Security] > Select [Permissions] > Select Preferred App > Turn ON[Camera] and [Microphone] Permissions.


For ColorOS 5.0 to 5.2:

  • Go to [Tools] > [Phone Manager] > [Privacy permissions] > [Permissions] , then look for the app you want to use for video calling and choose to allow  [Set Individual Permission] to view and set more detailed permissions. Make sure that the [Camera] and [Microphone] are set to [Allowed].


For ColorOS 3.0 to 3.2: 

  • Go to [Security Center] > [Privacy permissions] > [App permission management] > Tap [permission], then look for the app you want to use for video calling and choose to allow, forbid, or ask. Make sure that the [Camera] and [Microphone] are set to [Allowed].
