How to Fix Unable to Pair OPPO Phone to Smartwatch?

Situation: Your phone won't pair to smartwatches.

Applicable to: All OPPO Smartphones.

Troubleshooting steps:

1. Make sure Bluetooth devices are near each other for best performance approximately within 10 meters and no third-party object blocking the devices.

2. Make sure to charge both devices at least 30% battery or above. 

3. Turn the Airplane mode on and off.

4. Make sure the power saving mode or energy saver is turned off.

5. Allow the smartwatch app to run in background in [Settings] > [Battery] > [Cust. Pwr Consumption Protection]. Tap the smartwatch app and toggle on [Allow Running In The Background].

6. Enable the Startup Manager in [Phone Manager] > [Privacy Permissions] > [Startup Manager] and toggle on the smartwatch app.

7. Allow permissions for the smartwatch app in [Settings] > [App Management] > [Show System Process] > smartwatch app > [Permissions].

8. Go to [Settings] > [Software Updates] to check for and update your phone's software to the latest version.

9. Clear the Bluetooth cache and data in [Settings] > [App Management] > [Show System Process] > [Bluetooth] > [Storage Usage] > [Clear Cache] > [Clear Data].

In some devices, you may need to go to [Settings] > [Additional Settings] > [App management] > [All] > [Bluetooth] > [Storage Usage] > [Clear Cache] > [Clear Data].

10. Restart the phone.

If the issue still persists, contact OPPO Support Team, or take your phone, proof of purchase and warranty card to a nearby OPPO Customer Service Center.
