Please be informed that not all Bluetooth-capable phones are compatible with every car kit. We recommend that you check to see if your phone is compatible with your car. If your phone is compatible with your car kit, perform the following troubleshooting.
1. Make sure Bluetooth devices are near each other for best performance approximately within 10 meters and no third-party object blocking the devices.
2. Make sure your phone battery is at least 30%.
3. Turn the Airplane mode on and off.
4. Make sure the power-saving mode or energy saver is turned off.
5. Go to [Settings] > [Software Updates] to check for and update your phone's software to the latest version.
6. Clear the Bluetooth cache and data in [Settings] > [App Management] > [Show System Process] > [Bluetooth] > [Storage Usage] > [Clear Cache] > [Clear Data].
In some devices, you may need to go to [Settings] > [Additional Settings] > [App management] > [All] > [Bluetooth] > [Storage Usage] > [Clear Cache] > [Clear Data].
7. Restart the phone.
8. Factory reset system settings. See How to Reset your Device to Factory Settings?
