Unable to Pair a Bluetooth Headphone with a Phone/Bluetooth Speaker/Car Stereo
Situation: Your Bluetooth headphone is not pairing with your phone, Bluetooth speaker, or car stereo.
Applicable to: All Bluetooth devices.
If you are unable to search and pair OPPO Bluetooth headphone with any Bluetooth devices, factory reset the headphone by pressing the Function button (Enco Free and Enco W31) or pressing Multi-function and Volume Down (-) buttons simultaneously (for Enco Q1 and Enco M31)
For third-party headphone or Bluetooth speaker, check the user manual on how to reset the device or contact customer support for the Bluetooth device to confirm the pairing reset or factory reset button.
