4. Content
Processing: When users of Find X2 Pro come to the customer service center for repair, Explain the waterproof situation after repair for customer (see 4.1 for details) and the related structural parts that affect the waterproof performance in device (see 4.2 for details); Disassembling and disassembling according to the service manual can ensure the normal daily waterproofing of the device. if the customer insists on testing the waterproof performance of the device, special replacement can be done after recording, but if the customer does not accept the replacement and requires the waterproof performance to be restored after repair , Contact the headquarters for processing (see 4.3 for details).
4.1 When the customer comes to the service center for repair, after testing to determine the need for disassembly and repair, communicate with the customer before starting the disassembly: Before the device is disassembled, Each customer's usage environment is different and the waterproof situation of the device is also different, so the waterproof performance of the device will cannot be guaranteed after repair (for specific explanation, please refer to the FAQ below). If the customer accepts the explanation, repairs in the service center; if not, follow the operation step 4.2.
4.2 If the customer's mobile phone is obvious external forces that cause Large gap of the screen assembly, cracking of the touch screen cover, cracking of the battery cover, camera lens gap, camera lens cracking, and other structural issues that affect the waterproof performance, inform the customer in advance if customers need to guarantee the waterproof performance after repair, need to pay for the replacement of the structural parts that affect the waterproof. If the customer does not accept the replacement, inform the customer that the waterproof cannot be guaranteed, and repair it in the service center; if the customer accepts the replacement or the device does not receive obvious external force, follow the operation step 4.3.
4.3 If the customer requires waterproof performance after repairs and has a tough attitude, the service center may consider special record for replacement; If the customer does not accept the replacement and insists on waterproof performance after repair, contact the headquarters for handling.
