| ျပႆနာေျဖရွင္းျခင္း နည္းလမ္း။Power-off ျခင္းသည္ မွားႏွိပ္မိျခင္းေၾကာင့္ျဖစ္ပြားတာလားဆိုတာကို အတည္ျပဳပါ။Power-off သည္ low power volume မွျဖစ္ပြားတာလားဆိုတာကို အတည္ျပဳပါ။ အကယ္၍ ထုိသုိိ႕ျဖစ္မည္ဆိုလွ်င္ customer အား phone ကို မိနစ္ 20 အားသြန္းရန္ အၾကံေပးပါ။Customer အား background တြင္ running ျဖစ္ေနေသာ applications မ်ားကို clear လုပ္ရန္ အၾကံေပးပါ။၎တြင္ installe လုပ္ထားေသာ external SD card ရွိမည္ဆုိလွ်င္ , the auto power-off ျဖစ္ျခင္းသည္ external SD card ခၽြတ္ယြင္းမႈမွ ျဖစ္ေပၚရျခင္း ျဖစ္ႏိုင္ပါသည္။ customer အား format သို႕မဟုတ္ SD card အား အစားထုိးရန္ အၾကံေပးပါ။Auto Power-off သည္ လက္ရွိ installed လုပ္ထားေသာ malicious virus ပါရွိေသာ unknown applications မ်ားမွျဖစ္သည္။ customer အား ဖုန္းကို the Phone Manager တြင္ scan လုပ္ပါ။ (Path: Phone Manager—Virus Scan)လက္ရွိ installed လုပ္ထားေသာ third-applications ကို ျပန္ install လုပ္ရန္ customer အားအၾကံေပးပါ။Software ကိုေနာက္ဆုံး ဗားရွင္း updated လုပ္ထားပီးပီလားဆုိတာကို အတည္ျပဳပါ။ updated မလုပ္ထားေသးဘူးဆုိလွ်င္ ဖုန္းကို ေနာက္ဆုံးဗားရွင္း သို႕ upgrade လုပ္ပါ။（Path: Settings- Software Updates)အကယ္၍ ၎ကို ေျဖရွင္းလုိမရလွ်င္ customer အား ဖုန္းရွိ data အားလုံးကို backup လုပ္ပီး ႏွင့္ reset လုပ္ရန္ အၾကံေပးပါ။ျပသာနာသည္ ေျဖရွင္း၍ မရေသးလွ်င္ customer အား အေၾကာင္းအရာ ပိုမို ရွာေဖြရန္ႏွင့္ ျပဳျပင္ရန္ Purchase Invoice, Warranty Card ႏွင့္ phone အား အနီးဆုံး OPPO customer service center သုိ႕ယူလာရန္ အၾကံေပးလုိက္ပါ။service center သည္ ခၽြတ္ယြင္းေနေသာဖုန္းကို လက္ခံရရွိပီးေနာက္ ပထမဦးစြာ အထက္ေဖာ္ျပပါအဆင့္မ်ားအတိုင္း လုပ္ေဆာင္ပီး ခၽြတ္ယြင္းမႈသည္ ဆက္လက္ျဖစ္ေနစဲဆိုလွ်င္ customer အတြက္ software အသစ္ေရးလုိက္ပါ။software အသစ္ေရးပီးေနာက္ ျပသာနာဆက္ရွိေနေသးလွ်င္ mainboard ကိုအစားထုိးလွဲေပးပါ။ |
