| ေျဖရွင္းျခင္းနည္းလမ္းCustomer အား Browser တြင္ network၏ လုပ္ေဆာင္မႈကို စစ္ေဆးျခင္းအားျဖင့္ Network ခၽြတ္ယြင္းေၾကာင့္ ျဖစ္ပြားရတာလားဆိုတာကို အတည္ျပဳပါ။Customer အား storage space ကိုအတည္ျပဳရန္ အၾကံေပးပါ။ ၎တြင္ storage မလုံေလာက္မႈျဖစ္ေနမည္ဆုိလွ်င္customer အား တခ်ဳိ႕ applications မ်ားႏွင့္ data မ်ားအား storage ပိုရရန္ uninstall လုပ္ျခင္း (သို႕) delete လုပ္ရန္ အၾကံေပးပါ။User download ဆဲြခ်င္ေသာ Application ဥပမာ Apkpure ကဲ့သုိ႕ေသာ တျခား App မ်ားကို download ဆြဲႏိုင္မည္မဟုတ္ေၾကာင္းကို customer အား အၾကံျပဳပါ။ (အဘယ့္ေၾကာင့္ဆိုေသာ္ OPPO App Store/Google Store တို႕သည္ တခ်ိဳ႕ third-party applications မ်ားအား ေထာက္ခံမေပးထားေသာေၾကာင့္ျဖစ္သည္)။Software ကိုေနာက္ဆုံး ဗားရွင္း updated လုပ္ထားပီးပီလားဆုိတာကို အတည္ျပဳပါ။ updated မလုပ္ထားေသးဘူးဆုိလွ်င္ ဖုန္းကို ေနာက္ဆုံးဗားရွင္း သို႕ upgrade လုပ္ပါ။（Path: Settings- Software Updates）အကယ္၍ ၎ကို ေျဖရွင္းလုိမရလွ်င္ customer အား ဖုန္းရွိ data အားလုံးကို backup လုပ္ပီး ႏွင့္ reset လုပ္ရန္ အၾကံေပးပါ။ျပသာနာသည္ ေျဖရွင္း၍ မရေသးလွ်င္ customer အား အေၾကာင္းအရာ ပိုမို ရွာေဖြရန္ႏွင့္ ျပဳျပင္ရန္ Purchase Invoice, Warranty Card ႏွင့္ phone အား အနီးဆုံး OPPO customer service center သုိ႕ယူလာရန္ အၾကံေပးလုိက္ပါ။Service center သည္ ခၽြတ္ယြင္းေနေသာဖုန္းကို လက္ခံရရွိပီးေနာက္ ပထမဦးစြာ အထက္ေဖာ္ျပပါအဆင့္မ်ားအတိုင္း လုပ္ေဆာင္ပါသည္။ခၽြတ္ယြင္းမႈသည္ ဆက္လက္ျဖစ္ေနစဲဆိုလွ်င္ customer အတြက္ software အသစ္ေရးလုိက္ပါ။ခ်ိဳ႕ယြင္းမႈသည္ ထပ္ခါ ဆက္လက္ျဖစ္ေနမည္ဆုိလွ်င္ China HQ သို႕ feedback ပို႕ပါ။ |
