Why Can't OPPO Watch Connect to Some Wi-Fi Connection
One of the OPPO Watch's features is its ability to connect to a Wi-Fi connection. This feature makes it possible for you to use your smart watch in instances where you don't have your smartphone with you, as long as it is connected to a Wi-Fi connection. OPPO Watch's unsupported Wi-Fi connections
Wi-Fi networks that require login authentication after connection: Please choose a Wi-Fi connection that uses the conventional security encryption method.
5GHz Wi-Fi networks: Due to hardware limitations, OPPO Watch only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks.
Update your OPPO Watch to the latest system version
Keeping your OPPO Watch up-to-date will lower the risk of it facing issues caused by outdated files and software. Factory reset your OPPO Watch

Go to your OPPO Watch's [Control Center] by swiping up from the watch face > tap on the [Settings] > go to the [System] > tap on the [Disconnect & reset] > tap on the check icon to proceed.
