My OPPO A54 is Unable to Connect to Wi-Fi

OPPO A54 Unable to Connect to Wi-Fi
Below are some of the troubleshooting steps that you can follow to help you connect your OPPO A54 to the Wi-Fi.
1. Restart your OPPO A54.
To restart your OPPO A54: Press and hold the [Power] button and [Volume Up] together for at least eight (8) seconds or until you the OPPO logo appears.
2. Connect your OPPO A54 to a Wi-Fi network if it is not yet connected.
You can check it through [Settings] > [Wi-Fi]. Toggle to turn on the [Wi-Fi] and enter the password if asked.
3. Once you connect your OPPO A54 to the Wi-Fi, check if you can see the Wi-Fi icon on your notification bar. If you cannot see it, try to move closer to the router and check if the Wi-Fi is available.
4. Restart your Wi-Fi router.
If you don't know how to restart your Wi-Fi router, you can check the manual that comes with it and follow the instructions. If you don't have the manual with you, you may call your Wi-Fi provider to give you instructions on it.
If it's still not working:
Connect the other gadgets you have to the Wi-Fi and see if it connects. If it fails to do so, contact your Wi-Fi provide for assistance.
Check the cables of your router and look for damages or loose wires. After that, restart your Wi-Fi for at least 5-10 minutes and try to connect again.
Reset your OPPO A54 to factory settings. Back up all the files and data you have first to avoid erasing all of it.
To factory reset your OPPO A54: Go to [Settings] > [Additional settings] > [Back up and reset] > [Erase all data (factory reset)].
