Why Can't I Record Both System Sound and Microphone Sound Simultaneously for Screen Recording?

 

Situation: You are unable to record both system sound and voice simultaneously when recording the screen.

Applicable to: All OPPO smartphones with the Screen Recording feature.

We understand that you would want to record both the system sound and microphone sound simultaneously but currently this is not available in ColorOS 7.1 and below devices.

ColorOS 7.2 devices support simultaneous recording of system internal sound and microphone sound.
