What to Do if Your OPPO Phone Is Lost or Stolen

To use Find My Device, your lost phone should have met the following requirements:
The lost phone must still be switched on.
The Google account that you will use should be the same account logged in on the phone.
It should be connected to Mobile Data or Wi-Fi.
The contact number should be linked to the Google Account, to call/ring it.
Location/GPS is enabled.
Find My Device is enabled.
How to Locate Your Device
On another Android phone or tablet, log in to https://android.com/find, or download the 'Google Find Hub' app in the Google Play Store.
If your own device is lost: Tap Continue as [your name]. From the listed devices, select the device you want to locate.
Note: You need to log in to the Google account associated with the phone. If you cannot log in to your Google Account on other devices (forgot the password or account, etc.), please try the support from Google: Can't sign in to your Google Account.
How to Control Your Device Remotely
Select what you want to do:
Ring/Play sound: Rings your device at full volume for 5 minutes, even if it's set to silent or vibrate. To play a sound, wireless headphones need to be turned on, and earbuds need to be outside the case.
Locking the device: Locks your device with your password. If you don't have a lock, you can set one. To help someone return your device to you, you can add a message or phone number to the lock screen.
Reset your device to factory settings: If you believe your phone has been stolen, use this feature to erase all the data saved on the phone so that no one can access it.
Tips:
If you can make sure that the phone cannot be retrieved, it is recommended that you contact the carrier to learn how to deal with the SIM card, so as to avoid the SIM card being used by others.
Change the passwords of your personal accounts that are logged in on the phone you lost. Especially the application that will automatically log in, financial product, etc., so as to avoid the account password on the phone from being stolen or compromised by others.
