What to Do if I Lost My OPPO Watch
We understand that losing your OPPO Watch, or any other personal device, can be a distressing experience. In addition to its monetary value, the device also contains sensitive information that you want to prevent from being accessed by unauthorized individuals. If your OPPO Watch is still linked to a Google Account, you can still take important steps to safeguard your data. Follow the outlined process below to ensure your information remains secure.
Note: If you found your device after erasing, you may need to sign in to your Google Account to use it again.
How to Find My Lost OPPO Watch
1. On your phone or your computer, go to android.com/find and sign in to the Google Account you used in your OPPO Watch.
If you lost more than one device, choose a device at the top of the screen.
If your watch has more than one user, you have to sign in to the Google Account in the main profile.
2. Your OPPO watch will get a notification.
3. On the map on your phone, you can see where your OPPO Watch might be.
Note that the location may contain inaccuracies since it only detects the approximate location.
If it can't detect your watch, you can still see the last location it was in, if available.
4. You can choose what to do with your device. Tap the [Enable lock & erase].
Tap [Play sound] if you want to ring your OPPO Watch for 5 minutes at full volume, even if it's on silent or vibrate.
Tap [Secure device] to lock your OPPO Watch with your password. If you didn't set a password, secure it by setting a password. If you want to seek help to return your watch to you, you can add a message or a phone number to the lock screen.
To erase all the data on your watch and protect your privacy, tap [Erase device]. Note that after you erase your data, the Find My Device won't work anymore on your watch.
* Pictures, settings, and paths might differ from those of your phones and watch, but these won't affect the description in this article.
