Why is My OPPO Watch not Charging
To troubleshoot a failed OPPO Watch charging issue, check if the problem lies with the charging base or an outdated watch. For more information and solutions, refer to our guide.
OPPO Watch is not charging
If your OPPO Watch is not charging, double-check for the following:
Ensure your OPPO Watch's temperature is not too high because this can cause some charging restrictions.
Double-check if the back of your watch is clean.
Finally, ensure the charging base and cord are not damaged.
Update your OPPO Watch to the latest system version
Keeping your OPPO Watch up-to-date will lower the risk of it facing issues caused by outdated files and software. Ensure that you make it a habit to regularly check for software updates on both your OPPO smartphone and OPPO Watch.
Factory reset your OPPO Watch
Factory resetting your OPPO Watch will return it to its original system state. Doing this will delete all the information stored on your watch, including the files that might be causing charging issues. See What Happens When You Factory Reset Your OPPO Watch.
Go to your OPPO Watch's [Control Center] by swiping up from the watch face > tap on the [Settings] > go to the [System] > tap on the [Disconnect & reset] > tap on the check icon to proceed.
If this doesn't fix the issue
If you suspect the charging base is damaged, ensure you ask for assistance from a local OPPO Customer Service Center so that a professional maintenance engineer can address your concerns. Prepare your warranty card and contact your nearest OPPO Customer Service. You can also contact OPPO Support so we can help and assist you further. Depending on your region, you may check if you need to book an appointment before visiting your local Service Center.
