What to Do If You're Unable to Download From the Play Store
You have been trying to download an application on the Google Play Store it doesn't allow you. There are troubleshooting you can do, like making sure that the Play Store is updated or clearing the cache of the Play Store. There are other fixes that you can do. Check here!

Update the Google Play Store Application
Update the Google Play Store Application by following the easy steps:
Open [Playstore App] > Click on [Profile] > Click on [Settings] > Click on [Update Play Store].
How to Clear Google Play Store Data
For ColorOS 12 and above:
Go to [Settings] > [Apps ] > [App management] > [
] < [Show System] > [Google Play services] > [Storage Usage] > [Manage Space] > [Clear Cache] > [Clear Data].
For Google Play Store: Go to [Settings] > [Apps ] > [App management] > [] < [Show System] > [Google Play Store] > [Storage Usage] > [Clear Cache] > [Clear Data].
For ColorOS 11:
Go to [Settings] > [App management] > [
] < [Show System] > [Google Play Services] > [Storage Usage] > [Manage Space] > [Clear Cache] > [Clear Data].
For Google Play Store: Go to [Settings] > [Apps ] > [App management] > [] < [Show System] > [Google Play Store] > [Storage Usage] > [Clear Cache] > [Clear Data].
Check your Internet connectivity. Make sure that your phone is connected to a network and able to access the Internet. Try using an Internet browser to open any website and see if it loads. If it doesn't, change to another network or contact your Internet provider for help.
Check App download preference. Open [Google Play Store] > tap [
More] > [Settings] > [App download preference] and select [Over any network].
Change network permission settings for Google Play services, Google Play Store, and Google Services Framework. Go to [Settings] > [Dual SIM & Mobile Network] > [Using Wi-Fi & Mobile Network] > [Google Play services] and select [Wi-Fi and Mobile Data]. Repeat for Google Play Store and Google Services Framework.
Check your Internal Storage. If your device is running out of space, it can stop apps from downloading & installing. So, it is recommended to have at least 1 GB of space free in your device. You can get it by Cleaning Junk Files and deleting unnecessary photos, videos, files, etc.
Restart the phone.
Reset the phone system settings. (This option is available with devices ColorOS 12 and above). Go to [Settings] > [Additional Settings] > [Backup and Reset] > [Reset Phone] > [Reset All Settings].

Reset the phone system settings. (This option is available with devices ColorOS 3.2 and above). Go to [Settings] > [Additional Settings] > [Backup and Reset] > [Reset to Factory Settings] > [Reset System Settings Only].
