Unable to Download Wallpaper on the Theme Store on My Reno 5G 

 

Situation: You are excited to download a cool wallpaper on the Theme Store but it doesn't allow you.

Applicable to: Reno 5G.

Here are the things you can do:

1. Make sure you have a good and stable internet connection.
2. Make sure the phone and Theme Store's version are up to date.

• Phone: Go to [Settings] > [Software Updates].

• Theme Store: Open Theme Store >  Select "Me" at the bottom right corner > [Settings] > [Check for updates].

3. Clear Theme Store app's data and cache. Press and hold Theme Store app from the home screen and select [App Info] > [Storage Usage] > [Clear Cache and Clear data].
4. Restart the phone.
