My Purchased Theme/Wallpaper is Missing from Theme Store

 

Situation: You cannot find your purchased resources in HeyTap Theme Store.

Applicable to: ColorOS 3.0 and above device. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].

* HeyTap Theme Store/Theme Store are terms that can be used interchangeably.

 

This could happen due to the following reasons:

  • The mobile phone system has been upgraded. The original theme can no longer be used in the new system and will not be searched.

  • The resource removed from Theme Store due to the copyright duration or rectification and will not be searched. If it is a theme infringement that will never be listed, we will refund KoKo Coins to customers.

  • Temporary network issue.

 

If a purchased resource becomes unavailable (can no longer be downloaded or used) within 90 days from the date of purchase (when the order was generated), you can apply to refund the KoKo Coins you spent. After 90 days, no refund applications will be accepted.

KoKo Coins will also not be refunded under any the following conditions:

  1. A theme is not compatible due to your phone's hardware restrictions (for example, screen resolution differences).

  2. Your phone system crashes due to being rooted and is unable to use the purchased resource.

  3. A resource is purchased (order generated) after Theme Store has notified users that the resource will no longer be available.

Hence, try out the resources before you buy them to make sure they work on your phone.

 

Perform the following troubleshooting steps for network issue:

1. Restart the phone.

2. Connect your phone to a stable Internet network. Check if you have Internet access by opening any website.

3. Clear the cache and data of the Theme Store app in [Settings] > [App Management] > [Show System Processes] > [Theme Store] > [Storage Usage] > [Clear Cache] > [Clear Data].

In some devices, you may need to go to [Settings] > [Additional Settings] > [App management] > [All] > [Theme Store] > [Storage Usage] > [Clear Cache] > [Clear Data].

If the resource is still missing, contact OPPO Support Team, or take your phone, proof of purchase and warranty card to a nearby OPPO Customer Service Center for further assistance.
