Why are My Download Themes Missing from the Theme Store after Updating?

 

Situation: After updating the HeyTap Theme Store, the themes you've downloaded earlier are missing.

Applicable to: ColorOS 5.0 and above device. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].

*HeyTap Theme Store/Theme Store are terms that can be used interchangeably.

We are sorry for the inconvenience causes. This issue only occurs when you update from the version below V6.1. The themes are missing because we have adjusted the way to save the themes considering user's data security and privacy. We have uploaded new official themes in HeyTap Theme Store and you are welcome to download them.
