Unable to Download Themes in Theme Store using Mobile Data
You want to download phone themes on the Theme Store application, but it doesn't allow you. You can check if your data plan is active or that the Theme Store is updated. Read on to know other troubleshooting steps you can do!
Applicable to: ColorOS 3.0 and above device. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].

Troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure your mobile data plan is active or you have enough mobile data package subscription or credit.
2. Turn off and on Mobile Data in [Settings] > [SIM & Mobile Network].
3. Make sure Theme Store is updated to the latest version in [Settings] > [System Apps] > [Theme Store] > [Check for updates].
4. Make sure your phone's software is updated to the latest version in [Settings] > [Software Updates].
5. Check if Theme Store has turned on mobile data network permission. Go to [Settings] > [Dual SIM & Mobile Network] > [Using Wi-Fi & Mobile Network] > [Theme Store] and check if the [Wi-Fi and Mobile Data] option is selected.
6. Clear the cache and data of the app in [Settings] > [App Management] > [Show System Processes] > [Theme Store] > [Storage Usage] > [Clear Cache] > [Clear Data].
In some devices, you may need to go to [Settings] > [Additional Settings] > [App management] > [All] > [Theme Store] > [Storage Usage] > [Clear Cache] > [Clear Data].
6. Restart the phone.
7. Try browsing other websites or applications that use the Internet. If the issue occurs, contact your network carrier and ask about the signal coverage in your area.
