Malfunction:

Mobile network cannot download theme.

Checking method:

1. Make sure the mobile data switch is on.
2. Confirm that Theme Store has turned on mobile data network permission. Settings-Dual SIM & Cellular Network-Apps using Wi-Fi and the mobile data network-Theme Store, check whether choosing WLAN and Mobile data.
3. Confirm again whether installing traffic assistant, which limits traffic download of Theme Store.
4. Mobile network operator was hijacked and download link is missing. you can try to switch WiFi network.
