Unable to Apply a Theme in Theme Store

 

Situation: You download a theme from but can't apply it on your phone.

Applicable to: ColorOS 3.0 and above device. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].

* HeyTap Theme Store/Theme Store are terms that can be used interchangeably.

 

If the downloaded theme cannot be applied, it is recommended to switch to other theme for comparison. If only a specific theme cannot be applied, it may be due to the format of the theme that does not meet the requirements of your phone.

Always download themes from the official Theme Store. Incompatible themes will be automatically hidden from the list of available themes when downloading in Theme Store.
