4. Solution:

4.1 If it logged in the account

4.1.1 Uninstall it and try to download again or restart phone.

4.1.2 Update version of Theme Store.

4.1.3 Clear Theme Store data after backup. If it still cannot be resolved, backup data to restore factory settings.

4.2 If it didn't log in the account

If data was cleared, the developer is hard to check the issue. Fill in the relevant information directly according to the feedback template and share it to the contact person

Dear customer, it's so sorry that you can not apply the theme in the theme store. Did you log in the account in the theme store or not? 

If you logged in the account:

5.1 You can  try to uninstall the theme store and download  it again or restart phone.

5.2 You can also try to update version of Theme Store.

5.3 If it doesn't work, please clear theme store data after backup. If it still cannot be resolved, backup data to restore factory settings.


If you didn't log in the account, and the data was cleared, the developer is hard to check the issue. I will record the information and check it with related team.
