What to Do If Unable to Use Other Video Players to Play Videos?

Situation: You can't play videos on third-party video players.

Applicable to: All OPPO Smartphones.

1. If you have set an OPPO video player as a default video player, your phone will only play videos with the default video player. If you want to use another video player like MX Player to play videos, you can follow these steps:

2. Go to [Settings] > [App management] > [Show System Processes] > [Video] > [Open by Default] to [Clear Defaults].

* In some devices, you may need to go to [Settings] > [Additional Settings] > [App management] > [All] > [Video].

3. Go to [Files] > [Videos], select one and play it with the video player as you need.

If the issue persists, contact OPPO Support Team, or take your phone, proof of purchase and warranty card to a nearby OPPO Customer Service Center for further assistance.
