What to Do if OPPO Watch Don't Record Resting Heart Rate

If you've been wearing your watch all morning but still haven't recorded your resting heart rate, you may have taken your watch off at some point. OPPO Watch doesn't record resting heart rate
Your resting heart rate refers to the number of times your heart beats per minute while at rest, indicating your heart health. Those who exercise regularly tend to have a lower resting heart rate. To generate resting heart rate data on your OPPO Watch, ensure you wear it consistently every morning, as data is generated at 11 am daily.
To go to your OPPO Watch's Heart Rate application, follow the instructions:
Access your [App List] by pressing the Home Button on the right side of your OPPO Watch.
Tap on the heart icon to go to the [Heart Rate application].
Update your OPPO Watch to the latest system version
Keeping your OPPO Watch up-to-date will lower the risk of it facing issues caused by outdated files and software. Ensure that you make it a habit to regularly check for software updates on both your OPPO smartphone and OPPO Watch. Factory reset your OPPO Watch

Go to your OPPO Watch's [Control Center] by swiping up from the watch face > tap on the [Settings] > go to the [System] > tap on the [Disconnect & reset] > tap on the check icon to proceed.
