Calculate Fat Burn Heart Rate in Your OPPO Watch
The Fat burn run is a feature in your OPPO Watch that lets you burn your fats while you're out for your run. It monitors the duration, calories, and heart rate in real-time during your workout. Learn more about it here!

The fat-burning heart rate zone
The fat-burning heart rate zone is 60%-70% of your maximum heart rate. You can try to compute your maximum heart rate by subtracting 220 to your age (Example: 220-your age=maximum heart rate), and you'll get the result for your estimated maximum heart rate.
For best fat-burning results, you need to keep your heart rate within your range for more than 30 minutes.
To go to the Fat burn run:
1. On your OPPO Watch, tap [Health].
2. Under this, tap [Fat burn run].
3. Tap [Start] to begin your workout.
