When you're doing your daily workout, your body burns the maximum percentage of fat when your heart rate is in the fat-burning zone. But if you're overdoing your daily exercise beyond your range, only a smaller amount of calories from fat will burn.

1. On your OPPO Watch, tap [Health].


How is the Fat-Burning Heart Rate Zone Calculated?

2. Under this, tap [Fat burn run].

3. Tap [Start] to begin your workout.
