Heart rate measurement on OPPO Watch

Your OPPO Watch will send you an alert if it detects that your heart rate is high/low. The average heart rate should fall between 40 bpm (usually when resting) and 220 bpm (when exercising). Your watch will notify you if your heart rate falls outside this range.
