OPPO Watch: Heart Rate Measurement is Different from Realtime
Your OPPO Watch can measure your heart rate through the Heart Rate application on your watch and on a single real-time basis. There will be times that these two won't match, but the latter is more accurate. Know why on the guide we prepared below.

Why is my OPPO Watch's heart rate from the Heart Rate application different from the single real-time measurement?
The maximum heart rate measurement from the OPPO Watch's Heart Rate application is measured continuously. This makes it more accurate than the single real-time measurement of your heart rate.
To go to your OPPO Watch's Heart Rate application, follow the instructions:
Access your [App List] by pressing the [Home Button] on the right side of your OPPO Watch.
Tap on the heart icon to go to the [Heart Rate application].
