OPPO Watch is not Showing Heart Rate and Pace While Running
Smartwatches like the OPPO Watch help you track and monitor your workouts and exercise by recording data such as your heart rate and real-time pace. However, if you don't wear your watch correctly, your watch's sensors might have difficulty tracking your exercise-related data. To learn more about this, continue reading the easy guide we created below.
Reasons why your OPPO Watch is not showing heart rate
If you've encountered an issue regarding your OPPO Watch not showing data when you're running, then it must have something to do with the following:
You're wearing your watch incorrectly - This might cause difficulty on your OPPO Watch's sensors detecting and monitoring your exercise-related data, such as your heart rate and real-time pace.
Outdated system - An outdated OPPO Watch is at risk of issues caused by obsolete files and software. This issue might be why your watch is showing an inaccurate floor count.
Damaged sensors - You might've accidentally dropped your OPPO Watch or used it underwater more than the water limit it could withstand, causing its sensors to be damaged.
Note: OPPO Watch 46mm (including LTE and Wi-Fi version) are water resistant to 50 meters, and OPPO Watch 41mm (Wi-Fi) is water resistant to 30 meters.
