Troubleshooting Guide for Invalid Touch Keys/Buttons
1.Troubleshooting Method:
(1)Kindly suggest the customer restart the phone;
(2)Kindly suggest the customer remove the protective film;
(3)Kindly suggest the customer uninstall the Apps that the customer recently installed;
(4)If the inability to return back to the last interface or exit the app occurs in a very application, please suggest the customer tap the HOME key to return back the home screen or close the application in the background. After closing the application, open another application to test the key function;
(5) Suggest the customer backup all the data in the phone and reset the phone;
(6)If the key still cannot be used normally,suggest the customer bring the Purchase Invoice, Warranty Card and the phone to the nearest OPPO customer service center for further detection and repair;
(7)After receiving the faulty phone, the service center firstly handles the fault according to the above steps; If the key still cannot be used normally, verify the function of the key in the Engineer Mode by inputting *#899# in the dialing interface;
(8)If the key still cannot be used normally, flash the phone for the customer;
(9)If the key still cannot be used normally after flashing, reassemble the phone for the customer;
(10)If the key still cannot be used normally, please cross-validate the mainboard, the antenna board and the display assembly for the customer.
