In order to establish and improve the customer service center assessment mechanism, objectively and impartially evaluate customer service work in various regions and promote regional improvement through feedback, ensure the quality of service of customer service centers, and improve their service levels

四、Detailed analysis of assessment
1. Monthly exam
Use the questionnaire star platform to organize monthly exams. The test objects are maintenance engineers, network supervisors, and quality feedback specialists who have worked for 90 days.
Test question categories: fixed test questions (general specification requirements and historical policy documents), real-time test questions (temporary announcement of the month, model guidance materials, etc.) include three types of questions: judgement, multiple choice, and multiple choice.
The test scope (file name) of the test questions is published on the 15th of each month;
The Chinese and English versions of the monthly exam questions are output before the 20th of each month at the headquarters. Each region must return to the translated version of the monthly exam questions before the 22nd and the list of people who should take the exam that month.;
The test is held from the 25th to the 26th of each month. If there are other reasons, you can apply to the company to modify the test time.
25 questions, 4 points each, out of 100 points, personal monthly test score ≥ 88 points, it is qualified;
Regional monthly exam pass rate =(Total number of people who passed the exam / Total number of people who participated in the exam) * 100%, ≥92% are qualified.
