How to Fix No Signal or Network Issues on OPPO Phones
Are you experiencing network problems or a poor signal on your Android device? This issue could be due to your location or the signal strength provided by your carrier. Understanding other factors, like phone accessories or misconfigured settings, can assist in quickly improving your connectivity.
Note: Check your phone's ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone] / [About Device].

When your phone shows "No Service" or "Searching," you cannot make or receive phone calls or use a mobile data network connection. However, the Wi-Fi network will be available.
What to Do When Your OPPO Phone Keeps Losing Signal
If your OPPO phone frequently drops its signal, follow the troubleshooting steps below to help stabilize your connection.
Check your location
Make sure you are in an area within the operator's network coverage. If you are traveling abroad, make sure you have shopped for roaming plans and enabled mobile data and roaming on your Android phone.
Remove your phone case
It is recommended to remove any third-party protective case from your phone, as it may block the signal reception.
Check your phone's settings
Check SIM card: Go to [Settings] > [Mobile Network] / [SIM card & mobile data] / [Dual SIM and mobile network] / [Dual SIM & Cellular] and tap a SIM card and check if your SIM card is enabled.
Check the Preferred network type: To avoid the selected network type isn't being covered locally, go to [Settings] > [Mobile Network] / [SIM card & mobile data] / [Dual SIM and mobile network] / [Dual SIM & Cellular] and tap a SIM card, then tap [Preferred network type] and change to [4G/3G/2G (Auto)].
Disconnect VPN: If there is a VPN connection, disconnect it.
Reset Access points: For ColorOS 7.0 and above: Go to [Settings] > [Mobile Network] / [SIM card & mobile data]/ [Dual SIM and mobile network] / [Dual SIM & Cellular] > tap the SIM card > [Access point names] > tap the *[two-dots] / [three-dotted] icon on the top right, then tap [Reset Access Points].
Reinsert the SIM card
Take out the SIM card using the ejector tool that comes in the box, check for damage, clean the chip and put it back in, or try another SIM card on your phone to see if you fixed the issue.
Note:
If the SIM card is damaged, your phone will fail to receive network and communication signals. You may need to get a new SIM card from your network provider.
If you cannot connect to a 4G network on your phone, check if your SIM card supports that first.
Update your phone's software version
Go to [Settings] > [System update] / [Software update] / [About Device] and check if there's an available update, then update to the latest software version.
If the abovementioned steps do not fix your concern, prepare your warranty card and contact your nearest OPPO Customer Service.
