How to change the bound mobile number/email of HeyTap account

Situation

1. I have changed my mobile number/email；

2. Personal data in HeyTap Could/purchased resources in Theme Store/Games records in Game Center, I want to continue using this HeyTap account；

Changing Steps

Step1: Tap [Settings], tap your Heytap/OPPO account at the top and tap [Sign-In & Security].

Step2: Tap [Mobile Number] > [Change Phone Number]/[Change email], you would be required to verify via the original mobile number/email.The verification code will be sent to the original mobile number/email. Enter the verification code and tap [Confirm].

Step3: Enter your new mobile number/email, verify again via the new mobile number/email, enter the verification code and tap [Bind], thenthereplaced process iscompleted

* HeyTap account/OPPO account are terms that can be used interchangeably；

* Pictures, settings, and paths may be different in different ColorOS version, but that does not affect the description in this article；

Notice:

* If your original mobile number/email was no longer using, you could not receive verification code via them and bind new mobile number/email.
