Can I Register or Bind an Overseas Phone Number to My HeyTap Cloud Account?

Situation: You bought your phone number from another country and wondering if you can register HeyTap account with the overseas phone number.

Applicable to: ColorOS 5.0 and above devices. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].

Yes, you can register using an overseas phone number, however, HeyTap Cloud will only accept overseas mobile numbers where HeyTap Cloud was released except China. OPPO devices purchased from China will only accept local China phone numbers to register or bind to your HeyTap Cloud account.

Here is the list of countries whose phone numbers are accepted for HeyTap registration: Australia, Algeria, Bangladesh, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Kazakhstan, Morocco, Malaysia, Myanmar, Mexico, Nepal, New Zealand, Philippines, Pakistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam.

If you are using an overseas phone number from countries NOT listed above, it will NOT be accepted for registration or binding to your account. However, if you are using a local phone number from the countries listed above, whether you are in the local country or overseas with roaming services, you will be able to register or bind the mobile number to your HeyTap account.
