Situation: You received the OPPO Account Is Changing to HeyTap Account' notification on your phone.

Applicable to: ColorOS 3.0 and above devices. Some services may require ColorOS 5.0 and above, please check directly on your phone. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].

*HeyTap Cloud/OPPO Cloud or HeyTap ID/OPPO ID are terms that can be used interchangeably.

This notification is to inform our customers that the OPPO account will be migrating to the HeyTap account to provide better Internet service. HeyTap is committed to becoming the user-preferred Internet services platform with a range of products on the market, including an App Market, Game Center, and Browser.
