How to Delete HeyTap/OPPO Account
HeyTap offers a variety of Internet-based services such as App Market, Browser, and Game Center. If you choose to close or delete your HeyTap account, follow the steps we provided below. Read on.
Note: ColorOS 3.0 and above devices. Check your phone's ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone] / [About Device].
HeyTap/OPPO Accounts are terms that can be used interchangeably.
Delete HeyTap account
There are two ways you can delete your HeyTap account.
Using Computer
1. Please log in to your account using this link: https://id.heytap.com/static/userdata_index.html.
2. You will be asked for a verification code. Enter the verification code sent through your mobile number, then click [Next]. If you wish to receive the verification code in another way, click [Change].
3. Then, on the [Personal Data Management], click [Delete Account].
4. Choose the reason for account deletion. To ensure your account security, you need to input your password again.
5. Please take the time to read the Account Deletion Notice. It also states some requirements to delete your account. If you meet the requirements, then you can delete your account directly.
Using your OPPO phone
1. Go to [Settings] > tap your [Avatar] > [Sign-in & Security] > [More Help] >[Choose a browser] > [Delete Personal Account].
2. Choose the reason for account deletion. Then you will be asked to input a verification code sent through your number.
Note:
The Account deletion needs to be reviewed for 10 working days. Please wait patiently.
