How to Update Personal Information on HeyTap Account

HeyTap is a comprehensive global internet services platform with a range of products including App Market, Game Center, and Browser to provide better internet experiences. Your HeyTap account also serves as a secure and reliable cloud storage space. Everything you store like photos, videos, music, contacts, messages, notes, browser bookmarks, calendars, and other personal information, can be conveniently accessed and managed in HeyTap Cloud. You can also update the personal information of your HeyTap account. Follow the article below to learn how to update the personal details of your HeyTap account.

Applicable to: ColorOS 5.0 and above. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone/About Device].

Update Personal Details of HeyTap Account

1. Go to [Settings].

2. Tap on your HeyTap/ OPPO Cloud ID username. (The username is displayed on the top of the Settings page.)

3. Select [My Info].

4. Tap on the information you want to edit.

Note:

• Your name, gender, and birthday won’t be shown to other users.

• User information is only used to provide you with personalized services.
